How much will it cost me to host a personalized calendar site?
Nothing, CalendarLink.org pays for the hosting. Your organization is cash positive as soon as a member purchases the first calendar.
So what’s “the catch?”
No catch. Support non-for-profits in this economy is just the right thing to do.
What do I need to create a personalized calendar site for my organization?
You will need:
- • Your logo
- • Four photos for your front page (or use ours)
- • One photo for your about page (or use ours)
- • At least 13 photos if you want to create a standard calendar.
- • Up to 60 photos if you want to create a photo gallery for your members.
- • Information about your organization for the about page and the back of your calendar
- • A Paypal account to collect your money
What do I need to do to create a personalized calendar site for my organization?
The first thing you want to do is create your profile. As long as you have the elements above you are ready to set up your website.
Do I need to add my own photos to create my site?
No, you can use our photos.
How do I get my photos to fit on the webpage?
The software inside the site allows you to crop your photos so that they will fit.
Why do I need to choose a partner name?
The partner name allows you to create a distinct URL that you will use to send to your members.
Why are you using PayPal?
PayPal is the best and fastest way for you to be paid the maximum amount for the calendars created on your site.
Do the members and other buyers need a PayPal account?
No, members and other buyers can purchase their calendars with a Visa or Mastercard.
How do I sign up for a PayPal account?
Go to

What format do I need my logo to be?
Your file must be a minimum 300 DPI (high resolution) in full color or black & white. Use horizontal photos only 170 x 170 pixels minimum. File types can be JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and GIF.
What resolution do I need my photos to be?
To obtain maximum quality 300 DPI resolution is recommended
What ratio should the photos be?
Use horizontal photos only 1600 x 1200 pixels minimum. Photos must have a width to height ratio (width divided by height) between 1.33 & 1.66
What type of format can the photos be?
File types can be JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and GIF.
What is the About page for?
The About page provides your members and other buyers to learn more about your organization.
When will I receive money from the calendar purchased?
We will provide your organization with your portion of the proceeds every month.
How can I track the sales?
The sales number are available on the free website you create.
